本文从微生态角度综合论述了双歧杆菌的生物屏障，营养，提高免疫力，抗抑肿瘤等生理作用，以及治疗肝、肠道疾病等的临床效果。并阐述了部分作用机理，提出了维持人体肠道正常双歧杆菌数量的建议。

Biological protective shield,nutrition,imuniactivation and cancer inhibition of Bifidobacteriaon human were reviewed on the basis of microecology.Parts of the mechanisms,clinical results of treatment of liver damage and intestinal disease which Bifidobacteria were also elaboratee.The suggestions maintaining the normal count of Bifidobacteria in human intestinal tract were put forward as well.
