本文介绍了光切三维轮廓测量系统的原理和结构,并对其测量精度进行了详细的分析,得出了量化环节和旋转环节为测量的主要误差源的结论。最后。
The principle of 3-D profile measuring system using light sectioning is described in this paper. The measuring accuracy of the system is analysed in detail. The conclusion,obtained from the accuracy analysis,shows the quantizing and rotating linkages are the main sources of measuring error. Finally,the comparison of the measuing results obtained by the system and 3-D coordinate machine is done,and the methods for increasing the measuring precision are presented.
