摘要
目的了解糖尿病患者胰岛素笔运用情况及相关知识的教育情况。方法采用自行设计的胰岛素笔注射的相关知识调查评价表,评价50例住院糖尿病患者注射操作过程中的薄弱环节,有针对性地进行相关知识教育。结果88%的糖尿病患者连续使用注射针头>6次,超常时间、重复使用胰岛素注射针头的问题突出;72%的糖尿病患者没有掌握正确的皮肤消毒方法;近88%的糖尿病患者对自己所注射的胰岛素的剂型、作用时间等缺乏了解;62%的患者存在胰岛素笔的保存不当;86%的患者不重视或不知道出门携带救助卡。个体化糖尿病教育后,患者对注射胰岛素技术及相关知识的掌握显著提高,P<0.05或P<0.01。结论糖尿病教育工作中,对胰岛素注射的技能性操作,指导要更细致、具体、全面、重复、示教与反示教结合,同时重视相关知识的强化教育,确保胰岛素注射更安全、有效。
Objective To understand the situation of applying insulin pen in diabetes mellitus (DM) and educational situation of the related knowledge. Methods 50 inpatient with DM were evaluated the weak links in insulin injection by self-- made investigational evaluation table, then carried out health education on rented knowledge according to the weak links. Results 88% patients used syringe needle continuously more than 6 times. Insulin syringe needle was used repeatedly. 72% patients didn't master correct skin sterilization method. Nearly 88% patients did not understand the dose type and effect time of the insulin they used. 62% patients did not keep their insulin pen correctly. 86% cases did not recognize or did not know that they should carry "help cards" when they went out. After individual education on DM, patients mastered insulin injection technology and related knowledge improved significantly (P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0. 01). Conclusions In health education on DM, we should guide technical operation of insulin injection for patients more carefully, specifically, comprehensively, repeatedly and give demonstration; Meanwhile, pay more attention to intensive education on related knowledge in order to ensure safe and effective insulin injection.
