摘要
采用蒙乃尔金属波纹管设计了一种新型弹性联轴器.该联轴器采用无键联接,利用轴、孔之间的摩擦力传递扭矩,与键联接联轴器相比,轴径尺寸可减少30%,转动惯量小,且结构简单、易于制造、安装方便.对蒙乃尔金属波纹管新型弹性联轴器进行了螺栓刚度和强度计算及螺栓的选择,拉紧套的强度计算及材料选择,金属波纹管的刚度和强度计算及材料选择,以及金属波纹管和拉紧套之间的联接方式选择等.
A new type of elastic coupling was designed with Monel metal corruated pipe. The coupling does not use key. The torque is transferred depending on the friction between spindle and hole. Compare key coupling with the elastic coupling, the spindle's diameter can be produced by 30 percent, and the moment of inertia is less than key coupling' s. The simple structure is convenient for production and fixation. We calculated the rigidity and intensity of the bolt and made a choice of bolt, and, calcuated the intensity of the strain sheath and made certain the material for the new type of elastic coupling of Monel metal corrugated pipe. Also, we calculated the rigidity and intensity of the metal corrugated pipe and made a choice for the material. Then, we made certain the link mode between metal corrugated pipe and strain sheath etc.
