摘要
采用AES俄歇电子能谱和XPS-X光电子能谱相结合的方法,对新型铸造高合金不锈钢在40%P_2O_5,1%H_2SiF_6,2%HF,4%H_2SO_4,500×10^(-6)Cl^(-)介质中,温度为95℃条件下形成的钝化膜进行了分析和研究。试验结果表明,新型钢在该介质中,形成了一种含有Cr、Mo为主的氧化物膜,其中Cr是以Cr_2O_3,形式在表面层富集,Mo价态复杂以MoO_3为主,而Ni、Cu富集在膜的底部,可进一步提高膜的稳定性。
Using AES and XPS of electron energy spectrum, The film of new cast high alloy stainless steel was analyzed
in the medium of 40%P2O5,1%H2SiF6,2%HF, 4%H2SO4,500×10-6Cl- on 95℃. Results show that: new steel
in the medium was become a kind of oxide film containing mainly Cr, Mo, the film mainly is built up with the
Cr2O3 form in surface. The valencestate complicated of Mo element, mainly Mo in surface with the MoO3 form.
Ni, Cu are built up in bottom of the film, further may increase steady property of the film.
