摘要
用分光光度法对石榴叶中总黄酮含量进行了初步测定,结果表明,石榴叶中黄酮类物质含量非常高,可达3.59mg/g,这将为开发利用石榴叶资源提供依据.
In this article spectrophotometry used to determine initially the flavones content in Pom egranate leaf:The results showed that flavones content are higher in Pom egranate leaf, it can reach to 3.59 mg/g. This will provide a good foundation for exploiting and using resource of Pomegranate leaf.
