摘要 目的:研究过量氟对大鼠牙髓细胞TGF-β1表达的影响。方法:20只Wister大鼠,随机分为对照组和实验组。对照组用等量蒸馏水灌胃,实验组以20mg.kg-1.d-1氟化钠水灌胃。8周后处死动物,利用磨片、HE染色、免疫组化染色技术观察过量氟对大鼠切牙形态及TGF-β1表达的影响。采用SPSS10.0软件对数据进行t检验。结果:实验组大鼠切牙釉质牙本质生长线明显,球间牙本质增多,牙髓细胞及髓腔内侧牙本质TGF-β1表达显著弱于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:过量氟可抑制牙髓细胞表达TGF-β1,影响牙体硬组织的结构。 PURPOSE: To observe the effect of overdose fluoride on the expression of TGF-β1 in rat's dental pulps. METHODS: 20 wister rats were divided into two groups.In the control group,equal dose distilled water were given to the rats.In the experimental group,20mg.kg^-1.d^-1 NaF were given .After 8 weeks of treatment, immunohistochemical staining was adopted for detection of the expression of TGF-β1 in dental pulps of the rats.SPSS10.0 software package was used for Student's t test. RESULTS: Image analysis results showed that the expression of TGF-β1 in the dental pulp and inner dentin were inhibited in the experimental group as compared with the control group (P〈0.01). CONCLUSION: The overdose fluoride will inhibit the secretion of TGF-β1,which leads to abnormal development of the teeth.Supported by Research Fund of Education Bureau of Guangxi Municipality(2004).
