摘要 分析了超低比转速离心泵效率偏低、扬程曲线易出现驼峰以及轴功率易过载的原因,认为超低比转速离心泵水力设计参数选取不合理是造成泵水力性能下降的主要原因。探讨了超低比转速离心泵提高水力性能的方法和措施,从改进离心泵水力设计参数和过流部件的匹配关系入手,解决了小流量工作不稳定,效率较低,扬程曲线产生驼峰;大流量时轴功率易过载等问题。最后对XCM158型离心泵进行了改型设计,实验结果表明改型后泵的最高效率达到了23%,效率有明显的提高;最大扬程达到了32 m,大流量工况下扬程曲线急剧下降;在大流量工况下轴功率曲线出现最大值,完全满足超低比转速离心泵无过载性能要求。表明利用改型设计可以提高泵的水力性能。 The reasons of low efficiency, hump and alyzed for super-low specific speed centrifugal pump, steep brake power curve and and unreasonable selection overload easily were anof hydraulic design parameters was pointed out. The factors to low efficiency,hump and overload are also analyzed,and the improve measures are explored also. Based on the match relation among the geometric parameters, the problems such as unsteady running, low efficiency and steep power curve were resolved. The pump XCM158 was modified under the study, whose efficiency is increased to 23%; and the brake head is over 32 m, which induced steeper curve of Q-H; and the biggest power occurred on the large flow rate, which meet the requirement of non-overload. All these results prove that evident improve of pump performance can obtained by improved design.
