中西医结合治疗HIV/AIDS8例临床分析

Clinical Analysis of 8 patients with HIV/AIDS Treated with Integrated Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine

[目的]通过对8例人类免疫缺陷病毒/艾滋病(HIV/AIDS)患者进行中西医结合干预治疗,观察其临床疗效。[方法]8例HIV/AIDS患者在服用西药抗病毒药物双汰芝(AZT+3TC)、奈韦拉平(NVP)的同时给予中药扶正排毒胶囊,疗程6个月,治疗前后记录症状体征积分,并检测T细胞亚群、病毒载量以及丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、肌酐(CR)、血液尿素氮(BUN)和体质量。[结果]治疗后症状体征积分较疗前明显下降(P<0.05),CD4计数有一定的升高(P>0.05),病毒载量在治疗6个月后全部低于检测下限;ALT恢复至正常范围;体质量保持稳定(P>0.05)。[结论]通过中西医结合干预治疗,可显著改善艾滋病患者的症状,提高免疫功能,抑制HIV的复制,降低西药的毒副作用。

[Objective] To observe the therapeutic effect in 8 patients with HIV/AIDS with integrated modem medicine and TCM. [Methods] 8 eases with IV/AIDS were treated with Strengthening Zheng and eliminating toxin capsttle and Combivir and NVP simultaneously for 6 months. The symptoms integral , the number of T cell subgroup, vires loading, ALT, AST, CR, BUN and body weight were recorded before and after treatment. [Results] After treatment the symptom integral was reduced （P〈0.05）. The CD4 count was raised in a certain degree P〉0.05）. All the vires loadings were located under the lower limit of test 6 months later. ALT came back to normal scope. Body weight remained in a stable condition（P〉0.05）. [Conclusiou] The treatment of integrated modem medicine and TCM can obviously improve the symptoms and raise immune function, inhabit HIV duplication, reduce side effect of modem medicine.
