摘要
本文对企业文化与经营战略对管理时尚的影响进行了研究。结果表明,企业文化与经营战略对企业绩效具有明显的影响,进而影响了对管理时尚的供给与需求。最后,我们提出了一个综合模型来概括这种关系。
This paper examines the influence of enterprise's culture and business strategy on management fashion. The result indicates that, enterprise's culture and business strategy has an obvious influence on management fashion, then on the supply and demand of management fashion. Finally, the authors propose a unified model to summarize these relations.
