面向虚拟企业的新型竞争模式研究

在虚拟企业日益兴起的今天,其竞争力和影响力逐渐受到人们的关注,管理和经营方式的变革为企业的竞争模式演化提供了契机。本文从传统竞争模式的转变出发,分析了知识经济条件下的虚拟企业的竞争力情况,结合分析的结论构建出了面向虚拟企业的竞争模式———CBC模式,进而探讨了虚拟企业合作竞争的层次关系,最后提出了在合作竞争活动中应该注意的问题。

With the increasingly obvious rise of virtual enterprise, its eompeteuce and influence have drawn much attention. The changes of administration and management supply a new opportunity for the evolvement of competition modes in some enterprises. This thesis, first of all, analyses the competence of the virtual enterprise based on the transformation of the conventional competition. And then, it construets the new competition mode based on virtual enterprise—CBC mode and probes into the configuration of virtual enterprise＇s collaborative competition, It concludes with the problems existe in the implement of collaborative competition.
