An Empirical Study on Agricultural Financial Fund Promote Economic Development in Depressed Area

模型分析和数据测算表明,农业财政金融扶贫资金对贫困地区科技进步的贡献程度呈下降趋势,对经济增长和人均收入提高的促进作用较大,存贷款指标变化与经济发展的相关性显著,金融发展和金融服务对贫困地区经济发展潜力具有重要意义,并针对研究结果提出政策建议。

Model analysis and data examination indicate： the contribution of agricultural financial fund to technology advancement in depressed area has the decreasing trend, but the effects of increasing economy and improving net annual income per capita were great, the correlation between the deposit index changing and economic development was obvious. Financial development and financial service pay important role in economic development of depressed area. Based the researching results the author put forward policy advices.
