肾炎康胶囊对肾病综合征患者血脂及纤维蛋白原的影响

Effect of Nephritis Capsule on Blood Fat and Fibrinogen of Nephritic Syndrome

目的:探讨“肾炎康胶囊”联合强的松、环磷酰胺(CTX)治疗肾病综合征(NS)的疗效及对血脂、纤维蛋白原(Fib)的影响。方法:140例NS患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组用强的松加CTX治疗,治疗组在对照组方案中加肾炎康胶囊。观察治疗前后血脂及纤维蛋白原的改变。结果:两组治疗后血脂均比治疗前显著降低(P<0.01,P<0.05,),血浆纤维蛋白原亦比治疗前降低(P<0.01)。但两组治疗后比较,治疗组甘油三酯(TG)、胆固醇(TC)及Fib显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组临床缓解率81.4%,显著高于对照组的64.4%(P<0.05)。结论:“肾炎康胶囊”可降低肾病综合征患者血脂,改善高黏血症,从而提高疗效。

Objective：To explore the curative effect of nephritis capsule combined with prednisone and cyclophosphamide in treating nephritic syndrome （NS） and the effect on blood fat and fibrinogen. Methods： 140 cases of NS were randomly divided by the contrast group and the treatment group. The contrast group were treated by prednisone and cyclophosphamide and the treatment group added by nephritis capsule. The variation of blood fat and fibrinogen before and after the therapy were observed. Results：The of blood fat in both groups were obviously decreased after the therapy （P 〈0.01, P 〈0.05）. The fibfinogen were also decreased （P 〈 0.01 ）. Compared with those in the contrast group, the TG, TC and fibrinogen were much lower （P 〈 0.05）. The clinical relieving rate of the treatment group is 81.4%, which is significantly higher than that of the contrast group （64.4%） （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion ：The nephritis capsule could relieve the hypercoagula- bility and improve the curative effect.
