摘要 分析了压缩空气水分含量高的原因,提出了降低压缩空气露点的整改措施:加强冷冻式干燥器排水的检测,将微热再生干燥器再生气孔板由φ10mm放大到φ20mm,切换时间由90min改成180min,电加热时间由45min延长至90min。实施后,压缩空气中水分含量控制稳定(质量分数≤50×10-6),达到主装置生产工艺要求。 Reasons for high moisture in the compression air are analyzed, innovation measures are put forward to reduce the dew point of compression air:Emphasis is on the detection of the drainage from freezing desiccator, regeneration stomatic board of the slight hot regeneration desiccator is magnified from φ10 mm to φ20 mm, switch time is changed from 90 min to 180 min, electrical heating time is prolonged from 45 min to 90 min. After the innovation, moisture content in the compression air is stably controlled (mole fraction ≤50×10-6) to meet the requirement of the main equipment.
