Study on the Photosynthetic Characteristics and Content of Pigment of Berberis thunbergii Atropurpurea Growth in Different Illumination Intensities

摘要 研究了不同光照条件对紫叶小檗光合特性及色素含量的影响。结果表明:不同光照强度下紫叶小檗叶片的净光合速率、蒸腾速率不同;叶片中叶绿素、类胡萝卜素和花青素的含量也有差别。同时,探讨了光照等因素与紫叶小檗叶色变化间的关系。 The photosynthetic characteristics aod content of pigment of Berberis thunbergii Atropurpurea growth in different illttminatian intensities were researched in this experiment. The results showed that the net photosynthetic rate and transpiration rate of Berberis thunbergii Atropurpurea growth in the different illumination intensities were different and the content of pigment including chlorophyll, carotenoid and anthocyanin was different. Finally the relationship between the illumination intensities and the other factors and the color of leave of Berberis thunbergii Atropurpurea was discussed.
