摘要
文章从教师资格认定工作的实际出发,找出在教师资格认定工作中存在的师范教育类毕业生与非师范教育类毕业生界定问题、思想品德的鉴定问题、教育教学能力测试问题、申请任教学科与所学学科不一致的问题、教师资格类别的融通性问题、教师资格制度的配套政策实施问题、教师资格认定机构认定权限问题等七个问题,并提出相关的解决思路。
This article finds out several problems based on the practical work of confirming the teacher qualification, which are the standards between the gTaduates from teacher's cducation major and non teacher's education major, moral appraisement, test of teaching ability, inconsistency between learned subject and applied subject, policy implementation of teacher qualificational system and the confirming right for the organization of qualification. It also puts forward some corresponding ways.
