摘要
目的:探讨皮肤软组织扩张器在瘢痕整复应用中发生外露的原因及预防措施。方法:对我院1995- 2005年96例行皮肤扩张术(使用扩张器126只)患者的病例资料进行回顾性分析,总结术后并发症发生情况,并对其原因进行分析。结果:面颈部位埋置扩张器后的并发症发生率高于躯干四肢部,扩张器外露原因以感染最为多见。结论:采取针对性预防措施可减少皮肤软组织扩张器应用中的并发症。
Objective： To probe the reasons of reveal of skin soft tissue expander in the treatment of scar and come up with preventing measures. Methods： From 1995 to 2005, 96 cases of tissue expansion operation （126 expanders） were described in this article, aimed at studying the incidence of complication and analyzing the reasons. Results： The incidence of complication of skin and soft tissue expansion in faciocervical sites was higher than other parts. The main reason is infection. Conclusion： Taking some relative measures may reduce the complications of soft-tissue expansion.
