纤梅颗粒润肠通便作用研究

摘要 目的研究纤梅颗粒的润肠通便功能作用。方法采用复方地芬诺酯造成小鼠便秘模型,观察纤梅颗粒对小鼠体重、小肠运动、排便的影响。结果纤梅颗粒高、中、低剂量组、对照组的墨汁推进率分别为74.4%6、5.6%、47.4%、78.5%,高、中剂量组明显高于模型对照组40.7%(P<0.01)。纤梅颗粒高、中、低剂量组、对照组的粪便粒数及重量分别为37.8粒、33.8粒、34.3粒、38.9粒和0.73 g、0.67 g0、.66 g、0.83g,高剂量组粪便粒数及重量均大于模型对照组26.3粒和0.53 g(P<0.05)。纤梅颗粒高、中、低剂量组、对照组的首便时间分别为67.3、70.7、72.95、2.0 min,明显低于模型对照组100.7分(P<0.01)。结论纤梅颗粒明显促进便秘小鼠的小肠推进运动,增加小鼠所排粪便的粒数和重量,并缩短小鼠首便时间,具有润肠通便功能作用。 Objective To study the purgative action of Qianmei Granules. Methods DIPHENOXYLATE induced constipation mouse was used to evaluate the effects of this Granules on the body weight, intes- tine movement and dejecta in this study. Results The intestine propelling rates of ink in groups of higher,middle,lower dosages of Qianmei Granules and the group of normal control were 74. 4 %, 65.6 %, 47. 4 % and 78. 5 % , respectively. The rates in groups of higher and middle dosage were significantly higher than those in the group of model control(40. 7 %, P〈0. 01), The granule number and weight of dejecta in groups of higher, middle, lower dosages of Qianmei Granules and the group of normal control were 37. 8,33. 8,34. 3 and 38. 9 granules,and 0. 73g, 0. 67g, 0. 66g and 0. 83g, respectively. The granule number and weight of deiecta in group of higher dosage was significantly higher than that in the group of model control(26. 3granules and 0. 53g, P〈 0. 05), The time for first defecation after oral administration in groups of higher, middle, lower dosages of Qianmei Granules and the group of normal control were 67. 3 min, 70.7 min, 72. 9 min, 52.0 min, respectively, significantly shorter than that in the group of model control( 100.7 min, P〈0. 01). Conclusion Qiaumei this granule preparation can promote intestine propelling movement, increase deiecta(weight and granule number), and shorten defecation time. Qianmei Granules has actions of lubricanting gut and defecation.
