摘要
企业授权活动从本质上讲是一种委托代理行为,与授权有关的激励活动有两层含义,一是为保证授权活动的有效性而实施的相关物质激励,另外就是授权本身对代理人的精神激励作用。只有两者在一定程度上的配合才能够发挥最优的激励作用。
Authorized activities of enterprises are a kind of trust - agency behavior in its essence. The encouragement activities related to authorization have two meanings. One is to carry out material encouragement in order to protect the effect of the authorization activities and the other is the encouragement effect of the authorization. Optimal encouragement effect can be acquired by the cooperation of the two.
