摘要
探索了耐碱耐温淀粉酶的退浆前处理工艺,讨论了淀粉酶浓度、温度、pH值、金属离子浓度及处理时间等对退浆率的影响,确定了耐碱耐温淀粉酶退浆工艺。和传统化学退浆相比,耐碱耐温淀粉酶能减少环境污染。
Desizing technology for cotton fabric with amylase is researched, and influence factors on amylase.desizing of amylase concentration, amylase temperature, pH value, metallic salts and processing time are dicussed, and superior process of amylase desizing is defined. Compared with traditional alkali desizing, the feasibility for amylase desizing instead of alkali desizing in cotton fabric to reduce environment pollution is deduced.
