摘要
目的观察疏肝和胃方治疗酸碱混合反流性食管炎的临床疗效。方法将75例患者随机分为治疗组45例(予疏肝和胃方治疗)和对照组30例(予奥美拉唑治疗),两组疗程均为8周。结果治疗组临床症状总有效率为95.6%,胃镜下食管黏膜炎症改善总有效率为84.2%;对照组临床症状总有效率为86.7%,胃镜下食管黏膜炎症改善总有效率为80.0%。结论疏肝和胃方治疗酸碱混合反流性食管炎具有良好的疗效。
Objective To observe the clinical effects of ＂Shugan Hewei Decoction＂ in the treatment of mixed reflux esophagitis, Method Seventy-five cases were randomized into two groups： treatment group in which 45 cases were treated with ＂Shugan Hewei Decoetion＂ and control group in which 30 cases were treated with Omeprazole, with a course of 8 weeks. Results The clinical effective rate was 95.6% in treatment group and 86.7% in control group; the gastroscopic effective rate was 84.2% in treatment group and 80.0% in control group. Conclusion It is revealed that ＂Shugan Hewei Decoction＂ has positive effects on mixed reflux esophagitis.
