阿霉素为主化疗83例乳腺癌心电图分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨常规心电图对阿霉素(ADM)为主化疗的乳腺癌患者的心脏毒副作用的监控。方法:83例乳腺癌患者,随机分成观察组和对照组。观察组43例,接受以ADM为主的CAF方案(环磷酰胺+阿霉素+氟尿嘧啶)。对照组40例,接受以ADM为主的CAF方案化疗的同时给予参麦注射液。两组患者在化疗前、后做常规12导联同步心电图并进行对比分析。结果:两组患者在接受ADM化疗后,心电图异常改变观察组与对照组差异有显著性(P<0.05)。两组患者在ADM累积剂量相同时出现心电图改变,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:常规心电图作为临床监控阿霉素为主化疗所致的心脏毒副作用是简便、实用、经济的。参麦注射液对ADM相关心脏毒性有较好的保护作用。 Objective:To probe into electrocardiogram stakeout the heart toxin side-effect in the patients with ADM chemotherapy. Methods :Eighty-three patients with galactophore cancer were stochastic divides into observation group and contrast group. The observation group 43 patients were treated with CAF primary scheme(include ADM), the contrast group 40 patients were treated with CAF scheme(primary ADM)4-Shenmai injection,the patients of two groups were checked electrocardiogram and compared analysis before and after ADM therapy. Results:Electrocardiogram of the patients in the two groups had changed after ADM accumulative dosage,they were significance (P〈0. 05). Conclusion:It suggests that the electrocardiogram is handy and economical for stakeout the heart toxin side-effect of ADM chemotherapy. Shenmai injection has a better protection effect for heart toxin which is bring by ADM.
