摘要
从齿轮啮合原理和应用的角度出发,对内平动齿轮传动的内、外齿轮齿顶圆计算公式的构成进行了详尽讨论,并通过实际算例,将提出的各种设计公式分别绘出满足啮合角、重合度及各种干涉条件的设计域。通过对设计域变化规律的分析,提出了较为适宜采用的设计公式,为提高内平动齿轮传动设计质量提供了有效方法。
Based on the principle of gear engagement and practical applications, the types of internal and external gears addendum circle's formulae for internal parallel more gears are studied. By a actual example, some figures of design region that match contact ratio ,messing angle and all kinds of interference conditions for every calculation formulae are given. According to the analysis of the variation law of these design regions, several available calculation formulae for improving on quality of geometrical design of internal parallel move gears are suggested.
