兰州城市环境污染效应研究

The Study on Environmental Effects of Lanzhou City

兰州市在快速的城市化进程中,城市环境污染比较严重。污染的城市环境不但进一步加剧了像热岛、干岛、逆温、城市风等城市气候现象,而且还对城市经济造成了巨大的损失。研究发现,2002年兰州市因环境污染而造成的经济损失高达15.2亿元,占当年GDP的3.93%。此外,城市环境污染还对兰州市民的日常生活、生理心理、工作学习、休闲娱乐、居住工作地的选择、子女的去留和兰州外来高新企业数量和效益及其城市企业正常的生产经营活动等产生了一系列的负面影响。因此,加强兰州市城市环境治理已刻不容缓。

The heavier and aggregating urban environment pollution causing by rapid urbanization has been not only strengthening the urban climate phenomena like Warmer Island, Dry Island, and Urban Wind, but also being responsible for the tremendous economic loss. The result of our research shows that the economic loss in 2002 due to the environment pollution in Lanzhou reached to 1.52 billion Yuan（Renminbi） which was 3.93% of GDP of Lanzhou in 2002. Additionally, urban environment pollution had detrimental and negative effect on the daily life, working and studying, traveling and recreation, the choosing of residing and working site, the their children deciding of leaving from or staying in Lanzhou, and the number and efficiency of high-tech enterprises in Lanzhou including their producing and managing activities. So, it was an urgent and necessary task that the environment pollution should be alleviated and solved as early as possible in Lanzhou.
