活性炭固载对甲苯磺酸催化合成乙酸正己脂

摘要 制备了活性炭固载对甲苯磺酸催化剂,以乙酸和正己醇为原料合成了乙酸正己酯,考察了影响酯化率的各种因素,确定了最佳反应条件为:乙酸用量为0.1 mol时,醇酸物质的量比为1.4,催化剂用量为3 g,15 mL甲苯作带水剂,反应时间30 min,酯化率达94%以上. Hexyl acetate was synthesized from acetic acid and n - hexanol with c - toluenesulfonic supported on activated carton as catalyst. The effect of factors on esterification ratio was studied. The result shows that the best reaction condition was: based of 0.10mol acetic acid, molar ratio of n - hexanol to acetic acid was 1.4, mass of catalyst was 3g, the taking water reagent was 15mL, reaction time was 30min. The yield of the product could reach over 94%.
