对原花色素的结构、化学特性、制备、分析方法、应用前景作一综述,并重点讨论其生理功能,为在功能性食品、药物、化妆品等领域的深入研究和开发提供参考。
The structure and chemical characteristic, preparation and analysis method, as well as the application perspective of proanthocyanidin were introduced in this paper. At the same time, the physiological function of proanthocyanidin was intensively discussed. It is an important reference for the deep research and development of proanthocyanidin in the fields of the functional foods, medicines and cosmetics.
