摘要
目的确定黑豆皮红色素的最佳提取条件。方法通过单因素和正交试验确定优化工艺条件。结果采用微波提取功率为中火(385W)、体积比(1:1)的75%乙醇和0.1mol/L盐酸为提取剂、提取时间120s、提取次数2次,料液比1:40时,色素提取率可达98.1%。结论微波用于提取天然植物色素优于传统工艺。
Objective To determine the optimum conditions of black bean peal red pigment extraction. Methods Single factor and orthogonal experiments were adopted respectively. Results The optimum microwave-assisted extraction (MAE) condition was dosage liquor(1:40) and extracting with 75% alcohol-0.1mol/L HCl (1:1 V/V) at middle power(385 W) for 2 times and each of 120 s.The extraction yield of the pigment could reach 98.1%. Conclusion MAE is better than traditional methods for extraction of plant pigment.
