摘要
目的 建立衍生气相色谱法同时检测分析亚油酸、α-亚麻酸、γ-亚麻酸、AA、EPA、DHA等六种不饱和脂肪酸。方法 采用KOH-CH3OH甲酯化衍生,利用HP-FFAP 30m×0.32mm×0.25μm毛细管柱分离,FID检测。结果 方法在0-400μg/mL间具有良好的线性(r〉0.999),检出限1μg/mL,回收率91%~103%。结论 本方法可用于食品中含亚油酸、α-亚麻酸、γ-亚麻酸、AA、EPA、DHA等六种不饱和脂肪酸成分的同时酯化衍生分离分析,方法简便,所得结果可靠、重现性好。
Objective To establish a derivative gas chromatography method simultaneously quantitative determination of Octadecadienoic acid, α-Octadecatrienoic Acid, γ- Octadecatrienoic Acid, AA, EPA and DHA altogether six unsaturated fatty acids. Method KOH- CH3OH solution as the esterifying agent, HP-FFAP 30m × 0.32 mm × 0.25 μm capillary column was used to separate the fatty acids and FID for quantitative determination. Result Excellent linearity showed within the range of 0-400 μg/mL (r 〉 0.999), detection limit was 1 μg/mL, and the recovery rate was 91 -103%. Conclusion The method shows satisfactory repeatability, simplicity and convenience, and is valid in simultaneous derivation separation and analysis of these 6 fatty acids in foodstuff.
