摘要
利用异形牙轮(非球形)单牙轮钻头几何模型及计算机仿真技术,建立了钻头与井底岩石互作用仿真模型,编制了钻头与岩石互作用仿真分析软件。由仿真计算得到了给定结构参数的钻头与给定岩石互作用后的井底轨迹。通过钻头破岩实验,得到了实际钻井时的井底轨迹,它与仿真结果很相近,验证了仿真结果的正确性,为钻头设计提供了有力的帮助。
A simulation model of the interaction between the abnormity zublin simplex bit and bottom rocks is established with the use of geometrical model of the bit and computer simulation technology. The simulation analysis software has been worked out. The simulated bit with given structural parameters and the bottom trace of interaction between the bit and rocks are obtained by simulation calculation. Through the experiment of rock breaking with the bit, the actual bottom trace is obtained, which is close to the simulate result. It proves that the simulate result is correct. It can provide great help for the bit design.
