摘要
完整的产品/工程开发系统安全性分析技术包括初步、分系统、系统、使用和保障及职业健康等危险分析。每种分析适用于周期的不同阶段,并分为定性和定量分析。定性分析用于检查、分析和确定可能存在的事故、及其影响的防护措施。定量分析以定性分析为依据,用于检查、分析并确定具体危险、事故及其发生的概率,比较系统采用安全措施或更改设计方案后概率的变化。
The systematic safety analysis technique includes the preliminary, the subsystem, the system, operational & support and occupational health hazard analysis, each kind of analysis is suitable for the cyclical different stage, and divides into the qualitative and the quantitative analysis. The qualitative analysis uses in inspecting, the analysis accident, the determination possibly exists accident and its influence protective measure. The quantitative analysis take the qualitative analysis as the basis, uses in probability which inspects, the analysis and the determination concrete danger, the accident and its occurs, after systematically uses the safety measure or the change of design proposal compares the probability change.
