摘要
本文探讨了公务员人性化管理的理论基础及现实意义;在此基础上分析提出了我国公务员人性化管理的实施障碍,相关矛盾及其解决办法。
The theoretical foundation and the practical meaning of humanized management of civil servants are discussed in this article. The implementation barriers and the correlative conflicts of humanized management of civil servants in our country are also analyzed.
