摘要
用混合烃样品对气相色谱仪改装的毛细管超临界流体色谱仪的定性、定量分析性能作了考察,混合烃各组分保留值精度优于0.6%,峰面积精度优于3.1%。用毛细管超临界流体色谱法与毛细管气相色谱法对石蜡样品进行了对比分析,结果表明,前者具有明显的优越性。
A gas chromatograph has been adapted into a capillary supercritical fluid chromatograph(CSFC). The qualitative and quantitative performances of the CSFC are investigated with samples of mixed hydrocarbons nC26-nC36. A home-made non-polar cross-linked fused silica capillary column is used for separation. The accuracy of the retention volume of each component is better than 0. 6% and the accuracy of peak area is better than 3.1%. Wax samples are analyzed by CSFC and GC respectively. The resuhs show that CSFC has remarkable advantage over GC.
