当前法官职务犯罪中存在着集体串案和内外勾结犯罪突出、滥用行政管理权和滥用司法裁判权相互交织、在刑事审判中成为其他犯罪的保护伞等特点。为此应提高法官待遇,实行高薪养廉;完善监督机制,堵塞体制漏洞;强化法官准入制度,提高法官整体素质。

At present, the judge＇s crime by taking advantage of duty lass the following traits： collective clusters of ease collude from both within and without crime to be conspicuous; abuse administrative administrative power and abuse judicial jury diction to in- terweave each other; the judge becomes the umbrella of other crimes in criminal justice. For this reason, we should improve judge＇ s treatment , nourish honesty with high salary; improve supervision mechanism, stop up system loophole; strengthen judge＇s entry system, improve judge＇ s whole quality.
