通过对小H型钢轧机传动系统的参数分析和计算数值,来分析轧机万向接轴在首次国产化过程中十字轴断裂频繁以及花键卡死的原因.结果表明外方在万向轴选型上存在一定的问题,并针对选型偏小问题制定了解决方案,总结了该类万向接轴国产化的经验教训.

Based on parameters analysis and calculated figures of rolling mill drive system, we analyze broken causation of this kind universal joint shaft first made in China. The result shows the mistake choice of universal joint, the ways to solve the problem have been proposed, and it sums up experience of universal joint shaft made in china.
