中学体育课田径教学改革之探讨

My Viewpoint for Track and Teaching Reform in Middle School Physical Education

本文从转变教育思想观念、提高教师队伍素质、优化田径课教学内容、改变创新练习方法等方面探讨了田径运动改革措施,使中学体育课田径教学变得生动、活泼、有趣。提高中学田径教学质量是每个学校体育工作者值得探索和思考的课题。

With the faster aduvancement and deeper development of Nine - year Compulsory Education, there appeared in the entire education domain the phenomena of teaching thought transformation, the education idea renewal, and the all -around development education. This article analyzes influencing factors for track and field teaching and proposed some reform measures such as education thought transformation, teacher quality improvement, track and field course content optimiaing and practice method innovation. To improved the teaching quality of the track and field teaching in middle schools, we should make it vividly, livly, interesting and fully arouse the students＇ enthusiasm, which is worth exploration for all sports educators.
