摘要
针对挥发性可燃液体在运输储存过程中存在的爆炸危险和引发火灾的问题,采用了充填铝镁合金抑爆材料以减小爆炸压力的方法.介绍了铝镁合金抑爆材料的性能、原理,并通过实验测试验证了该方法的有效性;研究了在不同留空容积和不同装设密度状态下的抑爆效果,为该材料的安全使用提供了重要的实验数据.
Aiming at explosion and fire risks brought by volatile inflammable liquids on the course of transportation and storage, takes the measures that filling aluminum-magnesium alloy explosion suppression material to reduce explosion stress. Introduces the performance, principle of aluminum-magnesium alloy explosion suppression material, validates the efficiency of this method by experiments. Studies the explosion suppression effects on the conditions of different void capacity and filling density, gives the important experiment data for safety use of this material.
