离退休老年人患病诱发因素的调查及分析

目的探讨离退休老年人患病的诱发因素及对策。方法采用自行设计的问卷,对116例离退休老年人的患病诱发因素进行调查。结果工作环境、社会地位、家庭环境改变和生理机能衰退是离退休老年人患病的主要诱发因素,均占58.6%以上。结论针对性做好健康教育、心理护理,适当的体育锻炼和良好的家庭支持对预防和减少离退休老年人疾病的发生具有重要的作用。

Objective To explore the disease causative factors in retirees. Methods 116 retirees were surveyed by self- made questionnaire on disease causative factors. Results Disease causative factors included changes of working environments, social status and family environments, and deterioration of physical functions. Conclusion Health education, psychological nursing, physical exercise and family support can help prevent and minimize the chances to get diseases in retirees.
