地方政府竞争研究述评

A Review of Local Inter-governmental Competition

随着中央对地方分权改革的推进,地方政府利益主体的地位日益强化,由此而引起的竞争问题正在引起学术界的广泛关注而成为热门话题。目前,这一研究主要涉及地方政府竞争理论的缘起、影响要素以及地方政府竞争的效应。本文旨在对此进行梳理,并试图探寻其发展历程、缺憾以及进一步研究的方向。

With the advance of reform and decentralization of central and local governments,the status of the interest units of local governments is increasingly strengthened,and the resulting competition is causing widespread concern among the academic community and becomes a hot topic.Currently,this research mainly involves the origin of the theory,the impact factors and the effect of local inter-governmental competition.This paper aims at finding its development process,shortcomings and further research directions.
