摘要
目的观察茶多酚对衰老小鼠红细胞氧化损伤的影响。方法对以D-半乳糖诱导衰老小鼠模型分别以低、中、高剂量的茶多酚灌胃30 d,测定小鼠红细胞超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量,红细胞膜Na+-K+-ATPase活性和唾液酸含量。结果模型组红细胞SOD活性、Na+-K+-ATPase活性和唾液酸含量与正常对照组比较显著下降,茶多酚给药组小鼠红细胞SOD活性、细胞膜Na+-K+-ATPase活性和唾液酸含量较正常对照组明显增高,MDA含量降低,在各给药组中以茶多酚大剂量组的作用最强。结论茶多酚能增强机体抗氧化能力,减少自由基对生物膜的损伤,维持细胞膜的稳定性,具有抗衰老作用。
Objective To investigate the effect and mechanism of tea polyphenol on red blood ceils (RBC) in aging mice. Methods The aging mice induced by D-galaetose were given tea polyphenol at different doses for 30 days. The activity of SOD and the MDA content in RBC,the activity of Na^+ K^+-ATPase and content of acetylneuraminic acid in RBC membrane were detected. Results Comparing with normal control group, the activity of SOD, Na^+-K ^+-ATPase and the content of acetylneuraminic acid in model group declined; the activity of SOD and Na^+ -K^+- ATPase,the content of acetylneuraminic acid elevated, but the amount of MDA declined. The optimal action of tea polyphenol appeared in high dose group. Conclusion Tea polyphenol can enhance the antioxidant ability human body,reduce the damage of free radical to celt membrane,maintain the stability of celt membrane and it has antiaging effect.
