摘要
针对PLC控制系统存在现场调试难度大、组织投入大量人力物力、风险大等问题,提出了在计算机上实现基于组态软件的全真模拟PLC控制对象的方法。给出了仿真系统的结构框图,分析了用组态软件虚拟PLC被检对象的仿真原理,并详细介绍了仿真系统开发过程的实例。经分析,该仿真的实现为控制系统的现场调试提高了效率,节省了人力物力,降低了风险。
In view of the problems in commissioning of PLC control systems, e.g. hard to test, mass labors and materials required, and high risk, etc., a method of wholly simulating the controlled objects of PLC on computer with configuration software is proposed. The constitution of simulation system was given, the simulation principle that configuration software was used to simulate PLC measured objects was analyzed. The examples in the process of developing simulation system were described. After analysis, the conclusion is that the simulation is realized to enhance the efficiency, save the labors and materials, and reduce risks.
