Health Crises Management in Japan

20世纪90年代以来,日本先后发生了多起公共卫生危机事件。对此,日本政府根据《厚生劳动省健康危机管理基本指针》,建立起一套从中央到地方的健康危机管理体系,有效提高了全国的健康危机应变能力。日本健康危机管理体制、法律原则及组织结构,对预防和处理健康危机事件起到了非常重要的作用。

Since the 1990s,Japan has experienced a number of public health crises.As a result, Japanese has established a comprehensive health crises management system from the cen- tral government down to the local governments in accordance with the'the Basic Guidelines for Health Crises management of the Ministry for Health,Labor and Welfare',which has greatly raised the capability of the Japanese government against the health crises.Japan's health crises management system,its corre- sponding legal principles and organizational structure have played an important role in pre- venting as well as managing health crises in the country.
