杞菊胶囊对自发性高血压大鼠左室肥厚及心肌原癌基因c-myc、N-ras表达的影响 被引量:7

摘要 目的:探讨杞菊胶囊对自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)左室肥厚及心肌原癌基因c-myc、N-ras表达的影响。方法:SHR随机分为4组:模型组、杞菊胶囊组、苯那普利组、杞菊胶囊加苯那普利组,以SD大鼠作为正常对照组。给药12周后取材,测量左室重量并以半定量逆转录-聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)法测定各组大鼠心肌c-myc、N-ras的表达。结果:各组SHR心肌原癌基因c-myc、N-ras表达水平明显高于正常对照组(P<0.05),各治疗组较模型组均明显降低(P<0.05),杞菊胶囊与苯那普利疗效无统计学差异。结论:杞菊胶囊可防治心肌肥厚,其治疗机理可能与抑制心肌原癌基因c-myc、N-ras的高表达有关。 Objective: To approach the effects of qiju capsule on left ventricular hypertrophy and expressions of proto-oncogenes c-myc, N-ras in cardiomyocytes tissue in spontaneous hypertension rats (SHR). Methods: SHR were randomly divided into four groups: qiju capsule, benazepril, qiju capsule and benazepril and model groups, other 8 SD rats were taken as normal control. After 12 weeks, the expressions of c-myc and N-ras in left ventricular were tested by RT-PCR and the left ventricular weight was measured. Results: The expressions of c-myc and N-ras in the model group were higher than that in the normal, and those in the treated groups decreased obviously, there was no significant difference between qiju capsule and benazepril. The weight of left ventricular in the treated groups was lighter than that in the model. Conclusion: Qiju capsule can prevent LVH and its mechanism maybe related to inhabit the expressions of c-myc and N-ras.
