浅析中外住房保障制度

Study on Housing Security System of Chinese and Foreign Countries

低收入群体的居住问题对任何国家来说都是一个十分重大的社会、经济和建设问题。在我国城市经济建设发展进程中,低收入群体的居住问题已经成为一个日益突出的重大社会问题。保证低收入群体的基本居住要求得以实现,完善我国住房保障制度,对于我国经济稳定、持续发展具有重大意义。本文介绍了其他国家和地区住房保障制度,并对我国现行住房保障制度及其存在的问题进行分析,在借鉴其他国家和地区经验的基础上提出了我国住房保障制度的完善措施。

Housing problem of lower income group is an important racial and economic problem to any country. In the prccess of urban economical development in our country, housing problem of lower income group has already become a significant ,social problem. It is necessary and important that the essential housing requirement of lower income group can be realized and housing security system of our country can be perfected, to ensure economy development of our country steady and sustainable. In this paper, the housing security system of foreign countries and regions is introduced, the limitation of housing security system in our country is analyzed, and the improvement measures of housing security system in China are put forward, based on the experience of foreign countries and regions.
