摘要
研究了稀土Y、Ce和Si的综合作用对AM50镁合金铸态及固溶处理组织的影响。结果表明,稀土Y、Ce和Si的综合作用可显著细化合金组织,并改变Mg2Si相形貌,使其由典型的汉字状形态变成短棒状,弥散分布于晶界,但仍可以看到汉字状的Mg2Si存在。固溶处理能够完全溶解β-Mg17Al12相,并使Al2Y、Al11Ce3化合物尺寸变小,Mg2Si相的尺寸和分布不受固溶处理的影响。
Rare earth Y, Ce and Si on AM50 magnesium alloy as-cast and solid-solution microstructure were studied.The results show that rare earth Y, Ce and Si can refine the microstructure, change the images of Mg2Si, it changes from Chinese characters to bacillary, which locates at the grain boundaries, but Chinese characters Mg2Si exist. The β-Mg17Al12 phase will disappear, and the size of the compound Al2Y.Al11Ce3 will lessen, the size and distribution of Mg2Si phase will not change.
