摘要 针对河套蜜瓜成熟和软化机制以及低温贮藏、1-MCP处理、臭氧处理、化学药剂保鲜、转基因技术应用等方面的研究进展分别进行了论述,并对目前存在的若干问题提出了几点建议。 This paper reviewed the mechanism of ripening and softerning,the low temperature storage,1-MCP and ozong treatments,chemical preservatives and gene engineering technology of cucumis milo L,Hetao,and put forward the advices on existing problems.
