摘要
通过网络调查和实地走访等方式对我国已建的100余座污水处理厂进行了技术经济调查。对工艺类型、投资、规模、成本等关键参数进行了统计分析,得出了不同工艺类型的建造投资与流量的函数关系;比较了不同工艺类型的直接运行成本和总成本;按照污染物单因子(BOD、COD、SS、氨氮、磷)计算得出单位污染物的处理成本。为了便于优化设计和科学决策,还利用现行手册中的典型设计,拟合计算出主要单体处理构筑物的费用模型。
Technical and economic investigations were taken among more than 100 wastewater treatment plants through web inquiry and field visit. The function of investment and treatment capacity for different processes was derived based on the statistical analyses of the technical process, investment, scale, and cost, etc. The direct operation costs and total costs were compared, and then the costs for unit pollutant treatment were calculated based on the single pollution factor ( BOD, COD, SS, NH3 - N and TP). For convenience of the optimum design and the scientific decision-making, the cost models of the main constructions were formulated according to the typical designs of present handbooks.
