摘要
北方某水厂的平流沉淀池在运行中存在以下问题:冬季池表面结冰、吸泥机运转不正常;池底积泥不均匀,导致吸泥机排泥浓度变化大,影响污泥处理系统的正常运行;出水集水槽不在同一水平面,引起矾花上浮。针对这些问题,设计、安装了冬季融冰系统;对虹吸吸泥机的主体进行了改造,并根据原水水质采取变频运行;使用一种简单快捷的调整方法将出水集水槽调平,改善了沉后水水质。
Many problems existed in the operation of horizontal flow sedimentation tank in a northern water treatment plant. For example, the surface of the tank was frozen in winter and the siphon sludge collector was abnormal in operation. Uneven sludge depositing at the bottom of the tank resulted in high variation of sludge concentration and an abnormal operation of the sludge treatment system. Flocs float because the outlet collectors were not in the same level. In order to solve the problems, a device for ice thawing in winter was installed, the siphon sludge collector was modified and an operation of frequency conversion was employed according to raw water quality. The outlet collectors were adjusted to the same level using a simple method. Under the improvements, the outlet water quality of the sedimentation tank was improved.
