摘要
供给诱导需求是医疗服务的基本特征。供给诱导需求行为是医生的“技术专权”和制度互动的产物。结合我国普遍而严重的供给诱导需求现象,本文分析了我国医疗服务制度中存在的问题,在此基础之上,提出了激励型医疗服务制度建设的基本思路。
Supply-induced Demand （SID）is one of the fundamental characteristics in medical service. From the perspective of SID, this paper reviews the problems in China＇s medical service and puts forward the idea of setting up an incentive Medicare.
