摘要
本文探讨了用纳米氧化铁粉末还原来制取微细铁粉的工艺。用纳米氧化铁粉末作原料,分别在不同的温度,不同的还原时间下,用氢气还原来制备微细铁粉。研究表明纳米氧化铁粉活性高,还原温度低,可获得微细铁粉;测量了各个温度和时间下反应的还原率和所得粉末的比表面积,并进行了比较和分析。
The preparation of superfine iron powder by reduction of nano- sized ferric oxide with H2 at different tempareture for different time was investigated. Results show that nano - sized ferric oxide has high reactivity, lower reduction temperature for superfine iron powder preparation. The reduction rate of ferric oxide powder and specific surface area of superfine iron powder were measured, compared and analyzed.
