摘要
研究了铅(Ⅱ)-XO-CTMAB-Span-80体系的显色反应条件.本法反应快速、灵敏、稳定.该配合物的表观摩尔吸光系数(ε560)为2.04×10^5·L/(mol·cm).线性范围为0~30·μg/25mL.本法已用于测定水样中微量铅的含量.
A new method for the determination of lead ( Ⅱ) by its reaction with XO in the presence of CTMAB and Span-80 is reported. The apparent molar absorptivity is found to be 2.04 × 10^5 L/(mol· cm) at 560 nm. Bear's law is obeyed in the concentration range of 0-30 μg of Pb(Ⅱ ) per 25 mL of solution. This method has been applied to the determination of Pb( Ⅱ) in water.
